Topy and Bella met in High School through mutual friends, and they've been best friends ever since. From Yahoo! e-mailing each other while Topy was in Mindoro and Bella in Davao, to hanging out with their Poveda-Xavier group of friends in Enchanted Kingdom and Southwoods on summer days in Manila, they seemed to always enjoy each other's company.

As they got older, their connection grew stronger. E-mails became lengthy conversations over dinner at Cibo after a long day at university. Summer excursions were replaced by sitting at the trunk of Topy's car at 6 am leaning on each other for advice, and being the shoulder to cry on when one of them was at their lowest.  They have always been there for each other; through the best and more importantly, through the worst times.

Four years ago,  the two 'best friends' happened to be single at the same time in over a decade. After a few failed attempts by Topy asking Bella out on a proper date, she finally agreed to one date. That one date turned into another and another. Slowly, it became apparent to the couple that the level of understanding, patience, respect, and at the very core, friendship, they had for each other made being in a relationship one of the easiest decisions they've ever made. 

Fifteen years of friendship later, here they are getting married.
